These terms govern your use of VTechAI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Using the service

• VTechAI is provided for schools, teachers and learners for educational use.
• Each email registers one school account. Keep your login details safe and don't share them outside your school.
• You're responsible for the content you upload and for using the app lawfully.

AI accuracy

VTechAI uses AI to check work and generate content. It is highly accurate on objective and short answers and gives a strong first pass on long answers, but it is not perfect. Teachers should review results — the teacher always has the final say on marks.

Subscription & payment

• Paid plans are billed per class, per month, and cover all sections of that class.
• Prices and features may be updated; we'll communicate material changes in advance.

Refunds

If something isn't working as promised, contact us — we'll work with you in good faith to make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
